  1. What Constitution do we go by?

Discussion as to what constitution do we use – To Be Continued (TBC)

  1. Discussion was the double election which has been suggested and the filling up of the Upper and Lower seats. This means there will be a corporate government election and a common law parliamentary election hopefully at the same time.

There is a call out for custodians to be caretakers of the upper and lower house positions until the local community find their own representative.

To find out what this is about this Mike has created a page here to read.

The roles and responsibilities needed can be found on the site here. Not only are there caretakers, commonwealth officials are wanted on voting day, with ideally 6 people at each polling booth.

THIS IS VERY IMPRTANT AS NUMBERS ARE NEEDED ASAP. PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM IF YOU ARE KEEN TO BECOME A CARETAKER OR HELP WITH THE POLLING STATIONS.

Any discussions about this can go into the signal group or email Louise

  1. Will print out the election flyers and will have them at the Nimbin market. Please anyone who is able to put these flyers out please come and get from the markets.
  1. We decided we will make a simple flyer to share with people and encourage them to start making questions. — to create a flyer and we will go from there. It can be a work in progress.
