Upload your Statement of Claim

Before uploading your Statement of Claim, make sure it is accurate and states only the reasons you wish to start a claim against someone.

Your statement should be short, and to the point. You don’t have to tell the whole story in your Claim.

When you upload your claim, it goes to the court registrar who then assesses the facts you present to decide if there is a case to put before a court. Remember that any claim against another must be based on facts.

If you are satisfied your claim contains all the facts the registrar needs to know, fill in the form below and upload your claim.

Our court members are all volunteers. It takes time and money to conduct a court case. We do not charge anything to bring a claim, but we do rely on donations to pay for the costs of managing a court.
