Download Compiled Documents for Dealing with the Police

How to deal with the Police – Compiled

Brooke here, convener of the Emerald Victoria Assembly.

Most of these documents are available on the commonlaw.earth website. A few I created myself, and a few have come from other places. There is so much information to process out there and I’ve found that being organised really helps.

I have organised the documents in such a way that whenever you are pulled over or stopped by police, refused entry with no mask or refused entry due to not signing in with the QR code, you have the relevant document ready to hand over. I carry these forms organised in this way in my car at all times… I also carry a few in my handbag when walking (which ones depend on where I am headed).

I’m hoping this helps some of you feel organised and prepared. I organise my documents into groups.

Group 1: When pulled over/stopped by Police for anything

Step1: Inform the Police officer of your rights with the following documents…

  • ‘Acting under oath’ (I personally would ask these questions) stapled together with
  • ‘Police Powers’ (I would hand them this one to see)

If they do not let you leave go to step 2…

Step 2: Only contract with them on YOUR terms with document…

  • ‘Notice of Prohibition’ (TEMPLATE – so fill in your details in highlighted section before printing)

If they ask you where you are going or have been under COVID regulations go to step 3…

Step 3: Put them on Lawful Notice of Treason with document…

  • ‘Notice of Liability and Conditional Release’ (This MUST be filled out, photographed and handed to them personally, DO NOT send it in the mail at a later date. This ensures they have received it and it will be used as evidence when we have our own or another local Common Law Court)

Group 2: If refuse entry to public premises without a mask

Step 1: Inform the staff member/manager/whoever is refusing you of your rights with document…

  • ‘Mask Exemption notice’

If they still refuse you entry go to step 2…

Step 2: Inform them of the unlawful act of ALL COVID RESTRICTIONS with documents

  • ‘Covid Restrictions are Unlawful’ stapled together with
  • ‘No medical procedures referendum’ and
  • ‘Your Consent is always Required’

If they still refuse go to step 3…

Step 3: As them to sign the liability notice with document…

  • ‘Mask Liability Form’ (TEMPLATE – so fill in your details in highlighted section before printing)

Group 3: If refuse entry without scanning QR code

Step 1: Inform staff member/manager/whoever is refusing you entry of your rights with document…
‘Covid Restrictions are Unlawful’ stapled together with

  • ‘No medical procedures referendum’ and
  • ‘Your Consent is always Required’

If they still refuse you entry go to step 2…

Step 2: Tell them you’re happy to sign in if they sign the liability form with document…
‘Liability Notice for QR Code’

If they still refuse you entry go to step 3…

Step 3: Demand a pen and paper for manual sign in (if you wish to) with document…

  • “QR Code sign in’ (make sure they are on the list in this document of venues that must use the QR Code sign in service… If they’re not then they have no right to ask you (they don’t anyway), if they are then you can demand pen and paper with which you can write a false name and number)

Group 4: If your cash payment is refused

Step 1: Inform the staff member of the venue/company that cash is the only legal tender with document…
“Cash is Legal Tender of Payment’

Group 5: For any Agency of the Commonwealth of Australia including Police officer, Armed forces personnel, Health minister (or agents thereof), State and Federal Government representatives, Local council representatives trying to harm you/harass, coerce or intimidate you/detain you

Step 1: Put them on Notice! With document…
‘Notice of Liability and Conditional Release’

Download Acts to enable the UK to enter the EU

By passing these acts, the British Parliament committed high treason, denied HM Queen Elizabeth her rightful role as head of the Commonwealth of Nations and holder of land on behalf of the People, and denied Australia our membership in the Commonwealth of Nations. When the UK Parliament passed these Acts, they opened the way for the Australian political parties to take control of our land and attempt to bring about a Republic. However, they have never achieved it, as the Australian people have voted twice to deny them.

European Communities Act 1972

The first of 3 Treasonous Acts passed by the British Parliament to enable the UK to enter the European Union.

European Communities Act 1972

European Communities Act 1972

The UK passed Acts to enable the United Kingdom join the European Union, starting in 1970. The people were never asked in a referendum if they wanted to join the EU. They were forced to by the Communist-inspired political party corporate governments.
