Sunshine Coast By-Law Banning Covid Restrictions

On January 3rd, 2021, the Sunshine Coast Common Law Assembly, acting under the Authority of the Crown and the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901, enacted a By-Law to be distributed to businesses advising them that they are not bound by the Covid-19 restrictions.

The Assembly created a Business Pack to be distributed to any business that wishes to stop restricting access to their premises.

The Pack includes

  • an explanation of the Constitutional Laws that govern how the government may provide medical and dental health services
  • a notice business owners may post at the front of their premises advising the community that they may freely enter the premises without any restrictions
  • and a notice to the Police advising them that they may not attempt to enforce any unlawful restrictions imposed by the political party corporate governments

It is the right of every member of the Commonwealth of Australia to refuse to obey any unconstitutional edict, directive, or legislation issued by the political party corporate government.
